Group Training

The Workout of the Day is high intensity training tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Expect each workout to use a variety of functional movements - including barbell work, kettlebells gymnastics and cardio. The programming is always varied, just like your life. Our expert Coaches will take you through from start to finish ensuring the results you want.

Personal Training

Personal Training is the most effective way to transform your body in the least amount of time. Your personal coach will build you a custom plan and hold you accountable every step of the way. Our programming is designed to build strength and conditioning through widely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will train a different part of our bodies to become stronger.

Nutrition

There are 168 hours in a week. Most people spend less than 3% of their time in the gym. We've designed our nutrition programs at Champion Fitness to be flexible and sustainable. Get the results you want faster than training alone.
